Vendor Applications are Closed for 2018
The Kiwanis Club of Phoenixville is sponsoring our First Annual KidsFest in Reeves Park Phoenixville on Saturday, October 6, 2018 from 9am to 3pm. Rain date October 7th.  This event is a celebration of children (babies thru teens) and their families. 
It is in that spirit of celebration that we welcome vendors.
There will be live quality entertainment on the main stage all day including but not limited to The Universal African Dance and Drum Ensemble, Thrifty Discount DJs, House Band from School of Rock Downingtown, Christine and Company Family Band. We are also having a Cereal Bar, Prize Giveaways, Family Selfie Booth and more.
Promotion for KidsFest will be widespread, including Kiwanis website, Kiwanis FaceBook Page, Kiwanis KidsFest Event Page, and a widely distributed and beautiful Poster. We are also providing an attractive program/schedule/vendor list the day of the event for all attendees.
Suitable Vendors fall into several categories. You must be a business, organization or non profit that caters to children and their families in a tangible capacity. Each booth must follow the celebration theme and have a kid friendly activity (or give away). Kids will be sure to visit your booth because each booth they visit can be marked off their list and rewarded with a ticket from you.  
The tickets will be good towards winning prizes all day long.

Booth sites are 10’ x 10’  You need to provide your own canopy and tables, etc. Weights MUST be on tents to keep them from flying in the wind.  

The cost for each 10’ x 10’ booth is $50.00. 

If you are a non profit organization $25.00.

KidsFest opens to the public at 9:00 a.m.  Vendors can begin set up at 7:00.  All vendors must be set up by 8:45. NO EXCEPTIONS.  All vendor spots must be paid in advance.  When you arrive on the day of the event, you will go to the gazebo on 3rd Avenue to drop off your tent etc. Then go park your vehicle in then walk back. You will then be directed to your spot, and issued your raffle tickets.

Money raised from this event will support Kiwanis operating expenses and ongoing projects throughout the year.  Those projects include a Summer Children’s Entertainment Series every Saturday morning in the summer, a Halloween Carnival, Holiday Parade, Patriotic Celebration in May, Comfort bags for mothers with babies in the NICU at Phoenixville Hospital among many other projects.  The Kiwanis club also supports the K-Kids clubs (elementary school), Builder’s Club (middle school) Key Club (high school) and  Aktion Club (for kids and adults with special needs).  Additionally, the Phoenixville Kiwanis is working with the Jaycees, Phoenixville Borough Parks and Recreation to build an all-abilities playground at Reeves Park.

If we are unable to have the event on either day due to serious weather issues, your fee will still be considered a donation to Kiwanis of Phoenixville.

Once we receive your application we will be in touch within a few days. At that time you will be given information about payment.
